This office has been my primary for a number of years, first with Granberry and now with Julie Briscoe... both superb! Today I had a phone interaction with Leslie for a referral and for help with a prescription. Leslie was super professional and top notch! She is a huge asset to your clinic.

Very considerate and caring, looks you in the eye when he talks with you. Doctor Jim George cares. I however the staff I’m not so sure about I go in and they’ll draw blood and do a urine test and say that they will call me within two days with the results. I have never once gotten the call I have to do the foot work to try and find out what the result of my blood tests are…. Numerous times when this has happened, they tell me they have called me and left a voicemail. I have a Brand new iPhone my husband and I have looked at the voicemail and we have never once received a call from them. When I have finally gotten a hold of someone they tell me they will call me back in a couple of days and I never received a call again so I have to hunt them down by phone calls…. and when I do get a hold of someone that tells me my thyroid may have an issue and my cholesterol is up a little, I’ve been diabetic for just over a year…..but they don’t say I will book you with Dr. George, when can you come in for him to look over results And go from there…. When they tell me they have left voicemails and I tell them I don’t have any voicemails. I get that feeling they think I’m stupid….. I come from a professional family. My brother was an ER doctor for over 45 years in east….. I love Dr. George, my husband and I both do but I don’t like the way I have been treated over the phone when I have to be the one to hunt down my test results. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I just feel as though I am a number and being on Medicare, that I am worthless… I have worked in the medical field myself for many years in Arizona and in Texas, this is very unprofessional, and I hate to say we have put out search for a new doctor’s office. Certainly miss the days when a patient feels confidence in his/her doctor and his office….. my husband called after I couldn’t get any response and he asked them to repeat back to him the new phone number that he had called in Dr. Two months before to notify that he had a new phone number well the

Dr. George has been our doctor for primary care for many years. He actually listens and really seems to care about you. He takes care of my immediate family and we all agree he is one of the best doctors we have seen.

Dr Jim George is an awesome Dr. He is very friendly and caring. I have had the pleasure of being his patient for 2 yrs. It has come to light that in 2017 he will not be taking my insurance I'm very upset about this. I wish him all the best. And will miss his warm friendly caring ways.

Best Doctor hands down! Been going to him for years. I even paid more for a insurance plan one time, so I could keep him as my Doctor. Always responsive and he really cares. Yes, he does have more Patients now and does have to move a little faster. but, if I have a question he stops from going out the door and will listen to any question I have and give me answers. Hope I never have to change Doctors again. He is the best!!! John Grimes

Dr George is the best PCP I've ever gone to. Dr George truly loves and cares about his patients. He also has the best staff as well. He never rushes through your appointment and stays as long as you need him. Dr George is not one of those doctors that overbooks appointments for his needs. You never spend more than 15 minutes waiting to see him and this also includes waiting for him in a room. His staff, as well as Dr George, always calls you back the same day if you have questions or need medications. He always works with you calling in enough medication to get you to your rescheduled appointment. They all understand that things do come up that may require you to cancel an appointment and they do not get upset or charge you a fee when you honestly have to cancel the day of your appointment. I can not tell you enough exactly how amazing Dr George and his staff are. He is a doctor that will put you in a wheelchair and personally push you down to the ER if you need to go. He has done this for me. He is also a doctor that will pray with you when you are in need of prayers. He truly is an amazing doctor. So I completely recommend Dr George for a PCP.

Visit as a new patient could not have been better. Everyone from check in to check out was personable and professional. Dr George reviewed my history attentive to my questions, examined me and got me to his lab for a workup due at a practice where my prior Dr was retiring. A 100% positive experience.

Front staff was very nice and professional. Nursing staff was thorough and actively listen to my issues. Dr was prompt. I felt he listened and was interested in me. Very pleased and would recommend Dr George and staff to others.

Been with Dr George many years now and he and the team has always taken great care of me! Always take the time to ensure everything is good and any questions have been addressed. Very punctual and responsive on test results. Works to treat the root causes of issues without just jumping to over medication. Highly recommend!
